REGOLAMENTO E CONDIZIONI DI NOLEGGIO
Facenti parte integrante del presente contratto di noleggio

1. Gli attrezzi sono noleggiati in idonee condizioni d’uso, è dovere del cliente verificarne l’efficienza e rifiutarli qualora essi presentino dei difetti.
2. Alla restituzione di fine noleggio, gli attrezzi sono controllati e ogni rottura o danno eventualmente riscontrati sono a carico del locatario ai prezzi correnti di mercato, salvo sottoscrizione di apposita copertura rischi.
3. In caso di perdita o furto degli attrezzi noleggiati, il locatario è tenuto al rimborso del relativo valore di mercato, salvo sottoscrizione di specifica copertura rischi.
4. Gli attrezzi noleggiati possono avere una copertura rischi contro la rottura, il furto e la perdita aggiungendo il 10% dell’importo del noleggio, minimo due giorni di contratto: in questo caso il 75% del costo è a carico del locatore ed il restante 25% a carico del locatario per tutte le categorie.
5. In caso di furto degli attrezzi noleggiati il locatario è obbligato a presentare regolare denuncia presso le forze dell’ordine competenti.
6. Gli attrezzi noleggiati devono essere restituiti entro la sera dell’ultimo giorno di noleggio pattuito durante gli orari di esercizio esposti al pubblico. In caso di restituzione nel giorno successivo sarà addebitata la differenza per il periodo aggiuntivo.
7. Trascorsi 7 giorni dalla mancata restituzione nei termini pattuiti, il locatario autorizza il noleggio locatore ad utilizzare i propri dati personali, tra cui il proprio numero di carta di credito, per addebitarne il valore ai prezzi di mercato menzionato sul contratto.
8. La sostituzione dell’attrezzo noleggiato durante la durata del contratto con materiale di pari valore è sempre possibile con l’addebito di € 5,00 per la regolazione. La sostituzione è possibile anche con materiale di categorie superiori con addebito della differenza; per categorie inferiori non è previsto alcun rimborso.
9. L’eventuale risoluzione anticipata del contratto di noleggio mediante la restituzione degli attrezzi noleggiati non dà diritto ad alcun rimborso parziale o totale da parte del locatario; eventuali rimborsi saranno possibili esclusivamente in caso di malattia o infortunio dietro esibizione di regolare certificato medico.

Tali dati verranno utilizzati per l’adempimento di obblighi contabili e fiscali e per eventuali iniziative commerciali. 11. Per tutto quant’altro qui non richiamato, vale il criterio generale che il locatario assume, per sé stesso e per eventuali utenti minorenni affidati, la totale responsabilità degli attrezzi oggetto di noleggio.

RULES AND RENTAL CONDITIONS
The following rules and conditions are part present rental agreement

1. All the equipment is hired out in good condition. It is up to the client to check the condition of the hired items and refuse them if they are not up to standard.
2. Hired item are checked for damage on return, any eventual damage caused by the customer must be paid for at the current value of repair or replacement of the product hired. The above does not apply if the client has a risk covered against such damage or loss.
3. In the case of theft or loss of the hired equipment, the client is responsible for the reimbursement of the value of the lost or stolen items. The above does not apply if the client has a risk covered against such damage or loss.
4. An added fee of 10% on hired items covers the cost of risk covered against, theft, loss and damage: 75% of the cost of this insurance is paid by the hire shop and 25% by the customer for all kind of equipment.
5. In the case of theft of any of the hired equipment it is compulsory to declare the theft to the local police.
6. All hired equipment must be returned before the closing hours of the hire shop of the last day of the contract of the hired equipment. In the event of hired equipment being returned after this date a hire charge will be added relative to the extra time the equipment was hired.
7. In the event of missing or damage items the original copy of the contract will be withheld for 7 days, in the event of missing items not being found after 7 days the hire shop has the right to charge the credit card of the client to the sum of the value of the missing items.
8. The client has the right to change equipment when he or she wishes. The difference price of the changed items will be paid by the client. The hire shop will not refund the difference in price on items changed of a lower price category. A charge of € 5,00 is made to clients who have any skis adjusted.
9. Early return of hired equipment does not allow for full or partial reimbursement by the hire shop. Eventual reimbursement will only be possible in case of illness or accident accompanied by a written doctor’s report.

11. For everything not specified here, the general criteria are that the customer and any eventual minor in his care assume total responsibility for the hired equipment.
